Our Mission
Time to Talk has been founded on the principle that there are times that we all need a kind ear, constructive advice and a place to vent. As a counselor, that is what I am here for. With 36 years in the field of education, I am well-versed in the issues and frustrations that teachers face daily. As a single mom of two (now adult) children, I have had my share of parenting trials and tribulations. I am hopeful that I can provide you with comfortable and compassionate virtual talk therapy .

My service is talk therapy. Formally educated in psychology, I have had training in Trauma-Informed Therapy, Dialectical Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I offer caring & convenient counseling sessions in early morning, afternoon and evening to cater to your busy life.
